1988-05: Overall test operation of Lakeside Hotel.

1995-10: The hotel won the silver award of restaurant in Exhibition,France.It was the first hotel to win such award in Fujian.

1997-05: The hotel was given the title of "96 qualified unit engaged in security production" by Fujian Security Commission and it is the only hotel winning this title in Fujian.

1997: The business turnovers were high up to 120 million Yuan and it boldly ranked the first among the hotels with foreign nationals in Fujian.

1998-02: The hotel was given the title of unit with spiritual civilization to mark the result obtained to focus one's attention in both constructions of material
and spiritual civilizations.

1998-12: The hotel was appraised by state Tourism Bureau as the Five-star class hotel. After ten years of untiredly effort,Lakeside people are now diligently to write new glorious chapters.
